Life In Europe

In September of 2024, Tiffany sold everything she had, packed a few suitcases, and moved to Spain. A country she had never been to! She still doesn’t speak much of the language, but is working hard to learn. She plans to lazily explore Europe for many years to come and will share her travels and experiences here, on the Lazy Girl Travel.

Where Did “Lazy Girl Travel” Come From?

While Tiffany is anything but lazy, she firmly believes in the power of lazy travel. Slower travel that lets you truly absorb the world around you. Being “lazy” means savoring the little moments—lingering over a morning coffee at a Parisian café, watching the sunset from a quiet beach in Thailand, or strolling through a new city without a rigid itinerary. Lazy travel isn’t about doing nothing; it’s about being intentional with your time, prioritizing experiences over checklists, and allowing room for spontaneity. It’s the kind of travel that lets you truly connect with a place rather than just passing through.

Tiffany embraced this philosophy after too many of whirlwind trips that left her exhausted and needing a vacation from her vacation. She realized that the best memories often came from the unplanned moments—the hidden gems stumbled upon, the chance conversations with locals, and the simple joy of slowing down. Lazy Girl Travel is about giving yourself permission to take it easy, to travel in a way that feels good rather than rushed, and to fully embrace the journey, not just the destination.
